Mobile Device Support (General)

Use this service to request support for your mobile devices, like Apple iPhones, iPads & iPods, Samsung Galaxy series Android phones, and so on.

Some examples of common mobile support request issues:

  • Configuring Virginia Tech email accounts for smartphones (e.g., setting up Microsoft Exchange or VT Gmail)
     
  • Enabling device encryption, to protect data if the device is lost or stolen
     
  • Setting up Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Cisco's Meraki software

Please note that request should be related to your work and role at the university.
