Desktop & Laptop Procurement

Any department within administrative services looking to purchase new desktop and/or laptop computer for employees are required to consult with the department of Information Technology for Administrative Services (ITAS). Quotes and recommendations can be provided two ways:

First, users can select from a set of pre-approved configurations for both laptops and desktops. These preconfigured options are designed to hit the optimal balance between price and performance for most users.

Second, user can request custom quotes if they have special requirements and specifications, such as systems capable of supporting more than two monitors or unique interfaces. The Computer Support Center Manger serves as the primary point of contact for custom hardware quotes.
