Minor changes to administrative services and university websites include the following:
- Corrections to existing content
Example: My phone number has changed from 1-2345 to 1-2346 | John is no longer the contact for this page, change it to Alex
- Identity Standards updates
Example: Per the new Branding Guide from University Relations, the font needs to be changed to...
- Division/Department-Wide updates
Example: Our department has changed its name from University Services Division to University Services, please update our webpages to match
- Adding/Removing content from pages/sites
Example: Remove the second paragraph from our About page | Add a new page to our site
If you are unsure if your change request should be considered major or minor, submit a major change request. Major change requests are always reviewed to first ensure they qualify and require this level of approval processing.
Important Note on Time Sensitive Requests
This service's request form allows requestors to specify if their request is time sensitive and to indicate their preferred effective-by date (i.e., the day and time they would like the changes to be made official). Please be aware that the review, testing, and approval process requires at least three business days.
