This service should be used when requesting access changes to the Iconics systems, such as:
- Granting Virginia Tech employees access to Iconics
- Granting Third-Parties (e.g., vendors and integrators) access to Iconics
- Removing access to Iconics
- Changing/Resetting passwords for Iconics user accounts
Important Note: Most access changes will require a review process from the Server Support Team (SST) in the Division of Operations IT department, as well as approval from an appropriate party within FS - Facilities Engineering Operations or the broader Facilities department.
