This service request should be used whenever your department intends to send an ITAS managed device (e.g., desktop or laptop computer) to be surplussed.
Note: ITAS does not complete surplus forms, storage, and/or transportation of assets for surplus. It is the responsibility of each department to manage their device at their end-life.
